Papi's Pollo - Peruvian Chicken

We catered Papi’s Pollo for my Birthday this year and were left completely satisfied! The chicken was so juicy and the white and fried rice to go with it were a real hit at the party. I’ve never tasted coleslaw and potato salad prepared this way before and it was all at a great price. And don’t get me started on the sauces! (My favorite was the yellow) I would recommend it for any occasion and we will be ordering it again soon

Such good food! We tried the chicken, yucca, fried rice and chicha morada (beverage) and enjoyed all of them! Very kind & helpful staff, too!

went with family for a quick dinner. they ran out of chicken. but I guess they found some leftover pieces in a cabinet. it was bland with no flavor. I guess they were desperate. they did look unorganized. I would not recommend this place at all.

Ordered whole chicken to go for dinner. Drove home to family and first bite I could tell chicken wasn't fresh. Tough, hardened dried meat, unable to eat dinner, I returned back to restaurant to get replacement. After explaining that the chicken I received is inedible to front end person, I had to wait 10 mins or so for manager to come out from back office to talk to me. Instead of apologizing and getting replacement right away, manager insisted that chicken they gave me is fresh and some people prefer to have it cooked even more. After going back and forth I ended up getting replacement. As a consumer, I get that sometimes you might get a bad batch, but it's not ok a business doesn't make it right when issue is raised, instead they defend their error. 10/10 in my book, clean restroom, welcoming with a smile and very helpful with the menu and food choices. Food was flavorful and made with love. Even started day dreaming about bringing family here. Will be back and highly recommend.
