Five Guys

The cashier, Talia H, had a terrible attitude and provided zero customer service. She was rude while taking my order and answering my questions. As for the food, the pictures show how fresh the burger looked; it was hot and steaming, but the buns became soggy with grease. 🥴👎🏼 Overall, it's not worth the price. The cashier was so rude that I'm pretty sure my burger buns became soggy from their tears. Nevaa is coming again!!! 😒🪔

The burgers had absolutely no flavor what so ever... you could taste was grease and the raw onion I asked for, the cheese wasnt melted as it should be at a five guys and the bread was dry as hell... the best thing about the Canton Five Guys was the gentleman yelling out the order numbers and making jokes of them.... I do not recommend this location at all...

Service has really upped their game recently… whole kitchen crew is really taking it seriously. It’s like they started watching The Bear as a team, and now they’re legit all saying PHONE every time it rings and when I said “have a good night” every single one of the staff said it back… just impressed especially because nowadays I don’t expect high quality service from big chains. But the canton five guys has leveled up in my book, which makes the $15 burger taste even more worth it.

By far this is the best FG I ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they are attentive. Looks like they like being there which reflects in the cooking. I been here like 4 times already and never had a bad experience. Free parking and there is a little outdoor dining area across the parking lot which is pretty cool too.

I'm old. Clearly. As in a 1980s baby. So $12 for a burger reminds me of that scene from Pulp Fiction where Vincent orders a $5 dollar shake and is questioning the validity of a five dollar shake. Shakes at 5Guys are like $7. So, is it worth it? A $25 dollar burger, fries and shake meal? 🤔 Maybe once a year. However, the store was really clean. Like ridiculously clean. I loved it. And they have baby high chairs. So you know that matters to me alot. So overall, yes. Once a year I'll drop in for a burger, fries and milk shake. But only once a year. See ya'll again in 2025.
