Shout-out to Ben at Five Guys, who delivered genuinely five-star customer service today. Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly. I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.

Dine in couldn't order because online special crashed system.Manager refused to service anyone not ordering online. Make it make sense. Who does that. Panicking management.

My boyfriend got a milkshake from this place he asked for banana and they put rotten bananas in the milkshake it was brown when he got to the bottom of the cup literally brown so gross

Staff was extremely friendly and clearly cared about their job, great to see in the world we live in now! Food was great and the burgers were made and assembled with care, would highly recommend this five guys!
