Kabylia Baguette

I discovered Kabylia Baguette at the Oatmeal Festival. The oatmeal cake is one of the best cakes my husband and I have ever had. Even if I didn’t love oatmeal, this cake would’ve been amazing. The flavors were amazing - brown sugary and buttery. And the textures of all the layers : crunchy, creamy , chewy were awesome. I contacted the owners on instagram and they were kind enough to tell me that they had more cake on hand and I went to their new location downtown to get some. While I was there, I had a delicious matcha latte w/ orange blossom and got a piece of pumpkin cake to go. Moist and flavorful. Owners are super nice and very talented at baking. If you’ve met Hilary & Nourdine, you already know how warm and welcoming they are. Now, add in that they are both masters of their craft and you will not be surprised that Kabylia Baguette will blow you away! We had expertly made cappuccinos, the cardamom bun (which was possibly the BEST pastry I’ve ever had), the pumpkin bread, and brought home a variety of unique cookies for our boys, all delicious. Do not sleep on this new spot in Akron!

We lived in Denver for 5 years and had awesome bakery’s, also spent a lot of time in New York City with the same! Kabylia is right on par with both! Truly awesome stuff, just can’t say enough my whole family who are food critics loved everything! So glad we found (discovered) you!

Probably my new favorite wfh space! The area is filled with light because of the big windows, which I luuuv and the decor is super cute! The coffee plus baked goods are delish, too. Make sure to support this local gem!! Inside bounce innovation hub ;)

Top notch! Downtown Akron continues to get better and better with diverse and delicious food options. Worth the visit- expert pastry chef and quality ingredients you absolutely can taste.
