Customer Reviews
Nice, new, modern looking beewery in Dripping Springs. They were out of several beers on my visit, so I couldn’t try the Octoberfest one. They have a childrens playground, their patio in the back is peaceful. There was live music on my visit.
Great food, great beer, great service. We had the fish tacos (salmon), mac&cheese, and loaded fries. I had the beer flight and my wife had the seltzer. I loved all the beers and she enjoyed the seltzer. The musician was also great and provided a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit to this brewery.
We stopped by Fitzhugh Brewing on Mother’s Day with other family and littles. Plenty for the kids to do! Nice playground, and on M’s Day they had face painting and balloon animals. We tried the special quiche plate (M’s Day treat), burgers and chicken and waffles. All were good. Beers and mimosas also tasty. Great family outing place. We’ll go back for sure!
The pit smoke smell hits you as soon as you open the car door and your mouth starts to water. It was difficult to choose which beers to sample because we wanted to try so many. Really enjoyed all we tasted and enjoyed how they paired with the food, which was incredible. We had the nachos with carnitas, a full dish I was expecting be dry but was pleased to see the half inch of queso in the bottom so there was plenty for dipping! Brussels were excellent! Crisp, tasty, well seasoned and not greasy. Pork belly burnt ends were also incredible and we really enjoyed the chipotle raspberry sauce served on the side. I’m not a sauce eater with barbecue because I want to taste the meat. This sauce was a fabulous accent and a great balance - not fruity or too spicy or heavy. The building is gorgeous
We visited Fitzhugh Brewing on Sunday for our joint bachelorette trip and had the best time! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the beer was fantastic. A special thank you to Nathan for giving us a tour and sharing his master brewer knowledge with us — it made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great brews and great people!
