This place is the best! Food is consistently high quality and always super tasty. If you're lucky enough to grab one, you must try the chicken ramen salad- it's my fave and always tastes freshly made! Aubry and Lauren are amazing. They are clearly passionate and well informed about their products and also just lovely, community-minded, kind, generous people as well. Glad to support!

Posted on behalf of my girlfriend - Fitlife Foods is our saving grace for weekly meal prep. Despite doing our own cooking at home, we always end up a couple of meals short. It’s nice to have a few prepared and ready meals from Fitlife on hand. Plus we have different fitness goals, so it’s great that we can find healthy and tasty options for both of us. The last time I popped in to grab meals, Skylar was awesome about looking up previous purchases on our account so I could leave with my partner’s favorites. Staff is always friendly, accommodating, and super helpful so don’t be shy to ask for their recommendations. Lucky to have this place in ATL!

I've been using Fitlife Foods for over a month and both the delivery & in-store experiences have been amazing. Lauren helped me today with returning my old containers for store rewards and genuinely making my shopping experience a breeze. The meals are seriously delicious and the Large meals are perfect for dinner/post workout. I'd highly recommend any of the pasta dishes or the BBQ Beef w/ Mac and Cheese!

I’ve been getting my meals from Fitlife Foods for about a month now and I’m honestly obsessed. The food is so good that I actually crave it, which is rare with meal prep. I never feel like I’m getting bored of the options and they’re always adding new items to keep things interesting. My absolute favorite right now is the queso burrito bowl. Everyone in the store is also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I go in. Aubry is amazing and always so helpful. The whole experience just makes it easy to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for healthy meals that actually taste great.
