Fit Foodz Café

We showed up here after looking at the menu online and thought the food looked like it was pretty good…. Well, it turns out it’s amazing! This little restaurant in the Publix shopping plaza has been here for about 14 years as of today! You don’t see small businesses survive for 14 years unless they’re really good at what they did, especially in this area as it’s pretty expensive to operate. The owner couldn’t be any more polite, she was fantastic with kids. It’s also nice being able to look online for actual pictures of the food, most of the dishes have great pictures. They offer pick up or for delivery. I would recommend the pecan crusted chicken salad and definitely all the healthy, sweet desserts. This will be a new favorite place of ours when we’re in the area.

Fit Foodz is an absolute gem! I've been coming since 2014 when I moved back to the area from college and love it! I recently tried the Dubai Smoothie, Going Green Turkey Burger, and Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and every bite was amazing. The Dubai Smoothie was refreshing and flavorful, the turkey burger was packed with delicious, wholesome ingredients, and the lettuce wraps were the perfect light yet satisfying meal. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Plus, their bakery selection is incredible! I can’t wait to come back and try more as they've added to their menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious, healthy food at a reasonable price too!

The food is so fresh and tastes so good! I’ve been here a few times now and today was my favorite time yet. It just keeps getting better each time I come! Today is my daughter’s 19th birthday and this is where she wanted to go for a healthy lunch. She always gets the bunless burger and today I got the Thai Crunch Bowl and it was delicious! For dessert we got the gluten free chocolate cake and it was incredible! So decadent! I mentioned it was her birthday and they even put a candle on it!

This is my favorite girl’s decadent, yet healthy, treat with my daughter. We are both gluten free and eat here together whenever we can. We have the yummy chicken parm and the. Sweets are amazing. We just enjoyed the s’mores cookie and the Brookie (combo brownie and chocolate chip cookie) which were ansolutely delicious and satisfied our sweet tooth for at least 24 hours. The employees always make us feel at home! You have to try the Dubai chocolate-my first time! Amazing!!

Found out about this place through my run club because they catered events. Came in today for lunch and I was amazed at the quality, freshness, and most importantly the taste of the food. Came here with a friend and I didn’t even talk I just wanted to keep eating the bowl. If you’re looking for the healthiest food at a solid price check out this place you will not be disappointed.
