My friend recommended FITAF several months ago and I've been ordering their meals ever since. I've tried a few other similar meal delivery companies and FITAF has been the best to date. The meals are fresh and arrive on time. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't have the time to cook and looking for a health alternative.

I started ordering these meals to maintain a calorie count to help me lose weight. I’m so impressed with the quality of the food and that I don’t have to worry about my food allergies. Also loving all the healthy ingredients used with no seed oils. Ingredients are all clearly labeled. Every meal so far has been absolutely delicious and so easy to heat up. The team is very quick to respond to any questions and deliveries are timely.

Amazing!! I was referred by a friend and it was the smoothest process ever! Ordering was easy, everything was delivered when they said it would be. The meals are so stress-free and delicious! I don't have to make decisions about what to eat, I just grab it out of the fridge and heat it up! This is a great option for my husband and I who both work two jobs and need to live a healthier lifestyle.

FitAF has been a wonderful service for us. I could easily hit my macros/cals by meal prepping on my own, but I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again. To meal prep multiple different kinds of meals can be costly and requires a lot of time. Adding FitAF to my routine has offered delicious, healthy food that’s conveniently packaged. The weekly rotating menu keeps me interested. Delivery is always right on time. I can’t wait to see how I reach my goals after incorporating this service into my lifestyle!

I have tried most of the major meal delivery and prep services out there (Factor and Hello Fresh), and this is the only one that I actually enjoy eating. Food tastes good and fresh, unlike the Factor, and I do not need to spend time cooking it as I would with Hello Fresh or cooking myself. It allows me to hit my calorie/macro goals, but doesn't feel like I am restricting in any way. I actually want to eat it unlike having to do anything else. It is exactly what I need to not even consider fast food or delivery for lunch or dinner, especially when I work 10-12 hours days and sometimes Saturdays from January-March in public accounting when the last thing I want to do is figure out what to eat. I have recommended to everyone at work who is into fitness and has calorie/macro goals too.
