Fishtales

The food was fine. Breaded fish was overly salty. Fries were good. Kids liked the mini corn dogs. Onion rings weren't very crispy, but decent flavor. Service was lacking. We had to go ask for stuff we needed several times. The restaurant is on a dock in Lake Cumberland. Pretty great environment!

We stopped in on a Monday afternoon. The place wasn’t very busy. The waitress was pleasant. We weren’t going to order food, just some beer and soft drinks. We ended up ordering the porkapalooza entree. The BBQ was excellent and there was a great amount of meat. The sidewinder fries were perfect and crispy. Fried mushrooms were super hot and tasted great. I think when they aren’t swamped with customers, the food is super hot and tasty!

Great dining spot on beautiful Lake Cumberland! I had the Catfish and Sidewinder fries, the Mrs had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos and onion rings! This is a long but pretty drive down to the marina. Once we got parked we took the water taxi over to the restaurant. There was also a beautiful vintage houseboat docked here!

The food was great, the wait was so long for food though and it was so very hot! They have fans but only one or two work in the whole place and we were not seated by one. You'd think they could afford to fix them or buy new ones. Sweating while eating is not my idea of a great dining experience!

Excellent service & dock food! Beautiful setting right on the water at LCK. I loved the crab bites & special sauce. Pro Tip get a side of Buffalo sauce to change the flavor up on this generous portion sized app. The Tacos were delicious too. Love the cold Beer on tap...
