Excellent quality and unbelievable customer service! Received a gift order of Red King Crab from a friend for Christmas. Unfortunately the order arrived completely thawed which was totally the fault of the shipping company. I contacted FishEx about this and without hesitation they promptly replaced the order and our New Years dinner was saved. Thank you so much FishEx! The Colossal Red King Crab was delicious! This was my first time ordering from FishEx Seafoods. They did a great job! I ordered king crab legs, they were shipped overnight. Came in well packed and in good condition. They shipped to our warm southern state all the way from Alaska, I have to say I was impressed! Promt and excellent quality! I ordered the crab legs for my sons college graduation party. Thank you for the good service and awesome seafood. I highly recommend this company.

Recently purchased the Limited Reserve Giant Red King Crab Legs at $129.95/lb. for a very special Christmas dinner. What we got was their Jumbo Alaska Golden King Crab Legs that should cost $64.95/lb. sale price. We contacted Customer service right away and explained our situation. The Manager said that's the way they come. Period. I think we were taken advantage of are owed some money back. You can see in the attached pictures why we were upset. The last picture being what we got for Order#2032225. Buyers beware; this Customer service is not very good. I would suggest a Wholesale Club or Seafood place around your hometown for a purchase this expensive. 2 Stars for the packaging and shipping time.

I was pleased with our order of Alaskan King crab. It arrived on time and frozen. The taste was exceptional. It definitely is expensive, but I feel it is worth a splurge once in awhile.

Excellent customer service. Colossal Red King Crab legs are delicious. We'll be ordering more next season!
