This happened on 02/21/26 around 7pm. I was sitting at my table when an employee (Hispanic male dark complexed) told me I didn’t pay for my fountain drink when in fact I asked for one at the counter. He showed me my receipt and I told him that we are now even since last visit I was charged for an item I never received. He’d continue to press me about me not being charged for the soda to the point that it can be described as harassment. I was with my family and I explained to them the situation, after that he left. At that point it was a laughable moment for my family and I after we spent over $200 and he’s was still pressing me about it. I highly suggest you don’t have this individual working for your establishment if you want returning business. My family and I were regulars at fish & t
I went here to get fried fish I asked them if they could fry a snapper and how do they fry it. Do you slice it up and fry it or do you open up the fish and Fry it? He told me distinctively that they butterfly the fish open and fry it. Why did the fsh come back in slices and deep fried, when I just paid $32 for a deep fried snapper and they killed all the damn meat. If I wasn't so hungry I would have got my money back because this was truly a big disappointment and rip off. I doubt they would be getting any more business on fried snapper.
1st time here with my son.Got a platter of 12 raw oysters that was good. fried pickles little to salty. Mojarro plate fish little over cooked. The tilapia trio with the shrimp crab topped with butter lemon and capers tasted like mayo. If i go back, I will keep it simple.
Crab and shrimp boil were decent . The shrimp and scallop in butter was a pleasant surprise . I didn’t think by the looks I would enjoy it but it was great and loved the steamed veggies. Hush puppies were just ok . Didn’t care for the combination rice . The chicken was too tough . Nice atmosphere to catch a game/ sports . It’s a bit chilly so dress warm .
Girl at the counter was sweet, informative and patient as I asked a couple questions with it being my first time there. I ordered grilled shrimp with rice and veggies and it came out very quickly. Though it did arrive about 10 minutes before my date's oysters came out. Kind of wish they came together but very miniscule issue. Atmosphere was very cute and friendly. Lots of room to move around and get by people. We arrived about an hour before close and I appreciated the staff still being friendly and helpful
