Customer Reviews
First Watch in Shreveport absolutely delivered a top-tier breakfast experience. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant had a clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient without feeling rushed, which is exactly what you want for a breakfast spot. I ordered the egg omelet, and it was outstanding. The eggs were light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly—not overdone or rubbery. The fillings were fresh, evenly distributed, and clearly high quality, with great flavor in every bite. Nothing tasted greasy or heavy; everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they take pride in how their food is made. Portion sizes were just right—filling without being overwhelming—and the presentation was clean and appet
Love the new menu. The food is absolutely delicious. The blueberry cornbread is delicious. The steak hash and breakfast tacos with barbacoa is a must try.
I’ve been here three times. They do not know what a poached egg is. The first time both items I wanted to order (and the reason I went) they were out of. I ordered an eggs Benedict (which by nature comes with a poached egg) and it came back with the yolk hard boiled. It took awhile to get my order to begin with and I had to send it back for a poached egg. The million dollar potatoes were great though! The second time I went the power went out and we had to leave, but our server was nice and they comped our appetizer. The third time I went I ordered eggs Benedict again and it came back hard boiled yolks. The server said they were still poached because the white was soft and poached is the method and I needed to ask for them soft poached. I was in a rush and I didn’t have time to send it ba
