First Watch

I visited First Watch with my family to enjoy breakfast, and as always, the food was amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the drinks were delicious. Our hostess was wonderful — super friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for the visit. Unfortunately, our experience with our server wasn’t as positive. She was very short and direct with us, showing little to no customer service. What stood out most was that she was warm and attentive to other tables around us, but when it came to ours, it felt as if serving us was an inconvenience. I don’t recall her name, but she was an older white lady. I don’t want to assume race had anything to do with it, but the difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing. The staff were all so very friendly! The food was so impressive that I ate it all! The French toast was so perfect! My husband had the maple bacon croissant and dang it was so good too! Can’t wait to go back.

Really pleasant spot for breakfast/brunch. Everything tastes fresh and is fairly priced. Service was great. Would recommend the Salmon frittata, waffles, and the fresh squeezed juice!

Food was great coffee was strong. The server was even better Joshua was friendly and efficient.
