First Watch - East Sunshine

I had a skillet hash and my husband had one of the Eggs Benedict. Both were very good. My eggs were more over medium than over easy and one of his eggs was a bit over as well. The potatoes are stellar and I really enjoyed the multigrain toast.

Very busy this morning, but the hostess was doing a great job of balancing servers to patrons. I met a cousin and her daughter. We kept the table for almost 2 hours and never felt rushed. I ordered the double bacon hash from the seasonal menu and it was delicious. The parmesan cream sauce made it special.

The eggs benedict are to die for. We also tried the seasonal double bacon parmesan hash and loved it. They dedicate themselves to breakfast and the nail it. Oh, and the tangerine dream juice was the perfect holiday treat. That may have been my favorite thing. Favorite brunch spot around.

First time eating at a first watch. Wait for a table was reasonable, once called up was seated promptly. Waitress was attentive and food came out timely. We ordered the Shrimp and Grits, breakfast sandwich with avocado and house potatoes, chocolate chip pancake with bacon. Everything tasted great. Wife really enjoyed the house potatoes

So, my wife and I have made it a thing to eat at this restaurant since we were in Florida several years ago. We had no idea it was a chain until we passed another one in Texas. Since then we've made it a thing to find the nearest First Watch and have breakfast or brunch there. I've lost count on how many we've eaten at now. We live between Okc and Tulsa and recently discovered that there's one in Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Ok. BUT WE DO THE BULK OF OUR BUISNESS IN OKC! We can't bring people if your not where we do business. Anyway, First Watch, we love you. Great food and GREAT SERVICE folks. You will not be disappointed!!
