First Watch

The only thing keeping this review from one star is the food and the busboy, Fadil. I’ve heard a lot of hype about First Watch. I’m from Chicago and somehow never went there, so I was excited to try this location at Dania Pointe for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. It was the coldest day Miami has seen in years, so everyone was packed inside. The restaurant was extremely loud, crowded, and chaotic. The atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. Our server, Melanie, was not outright rude, but she clearly seemed unhappy to be there. Whether it was a bad day or burnout, it showed in her expressions and interactions. Requests took a long time, and we consistently felt overlooked while other tables were being helped quickly. That kind

I love coming to first watch and Lelis was so sweet and pleasant she made our experience 10x better. We enjoyed our food especially the lemon blueberry corn bread it is a must try! We will be back again soon.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Leils and she also served us with care, kindness and great conversation. I’m very big on customer service and because of her I would definitely return back to this location.

First time here had a fantastic breakfast. Our server was great and friendly, place was super clean will definitely be back.

First time at a First Watch and they didn't disappoint. A morning meditation drink, Trifecta breakfast, Avocado toast, Eggs Benedict and Chickichagga. And Samantha was the best server.
