If I tell ya this is the best First Watch in Atlanta will y’all promise to not make it more busy than it already is? For some reason the food taste better here than the Decatur location. Wait staff all around is so nice and sweet even when they are slammed. Love the interior of the place as well. Now I need to go walk the Beltline to work some of this food off,
Came here for brunch with some friends. Our server Tyrone was incredible and had so much knowledge on the menu and what best suited our needs. I had the chocolate chip pancake wi/ the million dollar potatoes and a side of bacon which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the pancakes are huge! You really only need one. I recommend First Watch for a nice brunch with great prices. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
Narkeeta was a wonderful bartender/server as we sat at the bar. I was very impressed with how she made every guest feel warm and like family. Definitely deserves something special for hard workers these days. Food was delicious and priced accordingly.
This was my first time trying First Watch and it was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon (to be expected). We were advised the wait would be around 30 to 40 minutes, but sat down inside and only waited about 5 to 10 minutes before we were called to be seated. Pictured below is the Bacado omelette with cheese grits and the Tri-fecta with cinnamon chip pancake and scrambled eggs. We were not expecting for the pancake to be so big, but everything was delicious. Highly worth a try if you've never been.
Obviously on Sunday brunch you can expect brunch places to be busy, but not only did we have to wait 30 minutes to be sat, we had to wait an hour for the food. An hour — with minimal communication! I don’t mind waiting an hour for a Michelin level restaurant…. But it’s first watch. The extent of the wait times was not communicated, and people were continually being sat despite the delays. Not only that, but when I addressed the issue with whom I believed was a manager, nothing was done. Our server was kind enough but she was aloof, and it seemed like she was avoiding the table for fear of having to address the fact we’ve been waiting an hour for food. Which, I understand, but come on. And the nerve to have a sign saying “if we brightened your morning”…. Yeah… right…. All in all, just be mi
