Fireside - Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket, CT

There is a QR code by the entrance wherein you can register for reservation. Reservation is a must or you will wait a long time (attached in my photos is the QR code) . There care specials / seasonal menu and drinks, so always check them out. Food is meh. Let's be honest, you're eating here because of the kids and you don't want to go outside. The cornbread is actually good. The steak is not bad as well - again not michelin star caliber or so, but decent taste wise. Was it worth $43? Absolutely not but that's how it is. Definitely kid friendly though, nice decor and ambiance. The chicken tenders from the platter was not good, ribs mediocre and the corn tastes weird. When staying at Great Wolf Lodge, you can eat here for 1 night just to try it out and that's it. You probably get more bang f

Nice dining experience at Fireside restaurant in Great Wolf Lodge. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly, and the food was tasty with good portions. Service was friendly and fairly quick. A little pricey and the menu could be bigger, but overall a great convenient option while staying at the lodge.

I'm not sure why the negative reviews. We went last night and had a great time. Michele was our server and she went above and beyond to make our night memorable and enjoyable. She entertained my son with his many jokes amd she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The ambiance is nice, and comfortable. My son had the Steak Frites and I had the Salmon. Everything was cooked well and had flavor. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was insane. My only critiques: The rice pilaf was wet and not pillowy. It was different but I wasn't mad at it it was very flavorful. And they put parsley over the fries... maybe skip that for the kids lol. Nikita really set the tone from the start. Made a reservation for 815. Showed up 5min early. Stated that even though the table was ready we needed to wait until the reservation time. So we waited the 5min. Only to be told to wait another 15 so they could clean the table. Michelle our waitress was good. No complaints there. Mixed drinks from the bar... I'll leave it as horrible, needs retraining. Both burgers ordered as medium rare. Both came out well done. By this time it's already been a long day and kids were done. I stopped complaining. I would not return to this place. Mostly because of Nikitas rudeness. I can overlook other things but not general hospitality. The 1 star is because of her.

Fire side restaurant Let’s just say the salmon wasn’t the only hot thing on my plate this evening The open kitchen feels a little unfair, because the chef is distractingly handsome . Chef steve should had been the main entrée tonight he was friendly and welcoming good looking and tattooed give that man employee of the year ❤️🥹😂😂😂. The food was good also and my server Jen was amazing service was impeccable. Wonderful personality made us feel welcomed. Can’t wait to go back.
