Firehouse Subs Wolftever Crossing

First time ever having Firehouse, I eat the same food weekly so wanted to change it up. Ordered a sandwich to my liking online, put a pick up time on it as well. However, my modifications were dismissed and they made the sandwich not how I asked for. It wasn’t even that complicated just took a few things off and added 1 thing. I placed the pick up time for 30 mins after my order since I had to drive there and my food was cold when I got it. Was even colder by the time I ate it. Will never eat here again honestly wasn’t amazed or impressed. I hope in the future when someone asks for no peppers the workers honor it. I ask for no peppers and my sandwich is covered in them. I even paid extra for mushrooms and got none. Again will never eat here again.

Third time I’ve gone and they are “out” of gluten free bread despite it being advertised. This time I went ahead and ordered online (due to the wait always being excessively long), and paid for gluten free bread. Got to the location, and they don’t have any GF bread. This is unacceptable. Why would my order be accepted if they’re out of the bread? Why wouldn’t they call before I drove out there to inform me? Do better.

just left and got a steak philly and mac and cheese, asked him if it was good he said it is…. THERE MAC AND CHEESE IS AMAZING! so creamy and cheesy and warm. way better than Chick-fil-A and any other place! and the sub oh that girl put her soul into it!

Sandwiches were mediocre. Service took an hour, including a 20-minute wait in line and an additional 30 minutes for food preparation. Despite what seems to be a full staff behind the counter, it felt like waiting for a three-course meal, but it was just for a sub.

I have a knee injury and the friendly staff helped with bringing my food and taking the trash from my table. And the French Dip is really good, too!
