We have gave been looking for a New York style pizzeria for a while in the TN area. We ordered an 18” cheese pizza, 30 wings with Garlic Parmesan/Kickin Bourbon and Spicy Honey flavors, and the garlic knots. First, the pizza was not advertised as NY style but it was so close they might as well say that. Great herb topping on the cheese pizza, perfect thickness and crisp to the crust, and just the right amount of “flop” to the triangle end you would swear that it came from Manhattan. The wings were a good size (not the sickly looking Wingstop size) and the flavors were all very good. We had pizza night with the neighbors. We had pizza bros which we love and this place, which is new. I called in and told them. We had the same pizza from both. The overall consensus was that this pizza is as good or better than pizza bros. Dough had tons of flavor and soft but with a crisp. Slightly Thicker than pizza bros but still very good. The wings are definitely better here we got mild from both. The checkered paper and the lighter wings is Defazios, the others are pizza bros. Both great but Defazios wins. Bravo!!!

10/10, no notes. The BEST garlic knots and meatball sub I have ever had. This not your average pizza joint. Fantastic service. Sweet little seating area. (4x 4-tops) I wish I had taken pictures, but with every item they brought out, I forgot until everything was gone. (That’s how you know it was good.) We are from Ohio and had no idea they had just opened. You would’ve never known. Food came out fast and fresh, and they know what’s up. Buckle up for this one: Up first - the garlic knots. Whatever seasoning/oil they brush them in is so flavorful, and they smother them in it. The knots themselves are fresh baked (we watched them being made) and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. We were already sold. Second up- the meatball sub. We traveled pretty far to try this pizza (about an hour) and it did not disappoint. We had pepperoni. I could taste a guy or oregano in sauce that I really appreciated. The crust was fantastic! I also tried a small Greek salad. It was good, minor recommendion would be a little less on the onions and too add some lettuce. Please open another location closer to Red Bank area 😊

The crust was firm, crispy, had a nice little crunch but there seemed to be an excess amount of flour on the bottom that wasn't pleasant. The cheese has good flavor. The sauce was alright, it needed something. The pepperonis flavor was more on the mild side but still good. We ordered a cheese pizza with oregano and a pepperoni pizza. We also ordered garlic knots that were amazing. They had a red pepper flake kick to them but not in an overwhelming way. If you are looking for a more authentic New York style pizza in the ooltewah/collegdale area this is it.
