Firehouse Subs Waycross

I have only tried a few firehouse but the turkey bacon ranch was awesome. I ate the whole thing in a minute lol. Edit: I went in person and although it took a bit longer (they were training a new guy) it was still just as good. Its on the expensive side but its well worth it every once in awhile.

Most people seem to prefer the drive through. My sub was good, as expected.

Went through Waycross, GA Firehouse Subs drive through 03/03/2026, and bought a hook and ladder meal for 18.67. After I reviewed my bank account for expense report reimbursement I noticed the total was 22.12. So I found the receipt and noticed a 3.45 tip had been added. Called the store to see if this was a automatic tip (it was NOT), and to notify them so it doesn't happen to anyone else. The lady I spoke with didn't want the receipt number or even care who the cashier was (Michelle). She said, "Come back in and I can refund fund it". I live in SC and was there for work. I don't even care bout the money, but I imagine this is happening to a lot of people. This place is robbing people a few dollars at a time. And a FOUR dollar tip to pick a sub up in the drive through!??!! That's crazy. D

I came to visit on Friday, January 9th, found the crew to be very friendly. They were chatting and laughing with each other as well as chatting with the customers. Just having a great time! The bathrooms and the restaurant are very clean. The food was good and healthy, I had a salad. You can make any sub into a salad! My husband ordered a Jamaican church turkey and I had an engineer into salad. The young lady working the register took her time and explained everything to me. Just cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant

Ms. Ebb and staff are always amazing and professional. Always providing polite and courteous service. If I were the Manager I would consider her for a raise ASAP. She is a great reflection on the organization. I would love to see get a raise immediately. She makes me want to come to the Waycross store again and again.
