Firehouse Subs Seven Hills

I come here... probably entirely too often. The points system is awesome, it's easy to earn rewards. Very easy to order in person or in the app. Store is always clean and stocked, and food has always always been great! Now for the shoutouts- I do not know all of the names of every awesome person there. There are quite a few! However. The nights manager Kai is one of the best managers I've seen. Always an upbeat let's get it done attitude, a smile for everyone who walks in, and she makes sure it runs smoother than hot molasses. Eli has been awesome since he started there as well. Thoughtful, always friendly, on top of things, and a dedicated worker. I have SO MUCH appreciation for this staff. They are amazing and my heroes as a lot of days I just don't have it in me to cook anything and the

Service and food is always great. And we love that they opened up the new location much closer to us.

The food is not that great and they leave out ingredients in their subs and barely put anything on them. A waste of money.

The customer service is the best I’ve ever received at any FireHouse that I’ve visited. This firehouse is always super clean and the food is always good.

I love the honey ham sandwich it's my favorite. The restaurant was very clean as well
