Firehouse Subs Prince Frederick

Well, this was a very disappointing visit at the Prince Frederick Firehouse Subs shop. When ordering the cashier informed us that they had no bottled water. Then he checked to see if they had meats for the Italian sub in stock. This should have been my first clue. We ordered 2 Italian subs with vinegar and oil. We got vinegar and oil on top of mayonnaise which we didn't want, very messy. They were out of hot pepper spread, only hot sauce (not the same). They were out of unsweetened ice tea and had no ice in the machine. Also, there were no napkins available at the service bar. There was a time before this when I couldn't get the sub I wanted because they were "out". I'm sorry but this is no way to run a business. We won't be stopping there again. There lucky I can’t give a zero! My boyfriend just ordered a sub from yall and there was a zip tie in his sandwich!! Imagine if he swallowed it?! He almost chipped his tooth!! This is unacceptable! Please beware to not go here people!!

It’s crazy that restaurants are charging 20 for a sub and this is what they give you this is a hook and ladder. What is this? Some deli meat that’s been sitting out all day and only onions? Disgusting. Oh and btw this pile of bread and onion took 25mins.

Husband Just picked up subs from Prince Frederick location. I ordered the thanksgiving sub. It had turkey and dressing. NO cranberry sauce like described. The cranberry makes this sub!! I don’t mind paying these prices for a sub but when a key ingredient is missed it’s quite irritating!!
