Firehouse Subs Piazza Fiorina

We came here for a last minute meal right before they closed around 9pm on a Friday night. We had been on the road in the snow and pouring rain for like 7 stressful hours straight and just needed to get a break. There was a couple and a young man working and sort of cleaning up for the night. OMG they were all incredible. So kind and conversational. Polite and helpful. My 4 year old was looking around and asked me sheepishly about a hat and I didn't see any, so I told him 'i think they're all out baby, I don't see any' and the woman wasn't having it haha she was like no sweetie we have hats, the young man who was mopping heard it too and stopped what he was doing to go get him one while she made our food. Best sub sandwiches in Santa Fe, superb ingredients, freshness of buns, you name it. Clean inviting dining area and preparation area. Unique theming, as in Fire Station, very much enjoyed photographs of the Santa Fe Fire Department. We have one of the very best Fire Departments in the state! Notable employees were Kyle, Timothy, Charlie, and Marytere. We will be back!

I broke my ankle and I’m unable to drive and get food, everyday necessities, etc. I’ve tried lots of delivery and food options. The meatball sub here has met all my cravings. I’ve ordered it 3 days in a row. Absolutely amazing. Each day is a good as the last. Consistent! Thank u!

Clean, friendly and fresh made subs

We stopped at Chili's 30-45 min wait, next door was olive garden 45-1hr min wait. Firehouse was on the end and thought to give it a try. Never eaten here, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Told them it was our first time and they ran us thru it. Very friendly staff... Very informative about the menu. Would eat here again, hopefully all firehouse subs are as courteous. Thanks Josh and your crew at the Cerrillos Rd location.
