Firehouse Subs Navarre Ave

So I placed an online order for the corned beef sub. I replaced the bread with gluten free bread and only took off the veggies. I also added garlic aioli. When I arrived they let me know that the garlic aioli has gluten in it, so I told them to take it off. So the sub should've had the corned beef, the provolone cheese, and mayo. Well I get home after driving 40 minutes, and my sub only had corned beef on it. No cheese, no mayo. I was pretty disappointed honestly, I don't have provolone cheese and I can't leave the house again to get some. So I put craft slices and my own mayo on it as pictured below. Pretty upsetting having spent almost $17. I hope next time will be better.

I went into this location for a sandwich. I purchased the medium meatball sub and I got chips and a coke for around fourteen dollars. The Atmosphere was great, it was clean and tidy. The food is excellent alot better then a burger down the street. I also know that this particular location is always in good order.

App didn't work so was told there was nothing they could do. Couldnt place my order early to get it on time before I got busy, wasted extra 5 min to be told that they wasn't sure why the app doesnt work. Very dissatisfied, went to Wendy's instead and got my food in 3 minutes. Good quality is really good and service was good the other day. They just need to improve on accessibility and functionality.

We walked in at 8:35. The hours were until 9 pm. The employee said are you eating here and we said we wanted too. What should we do and his response was I just mopped the floor so I would prefer if you didn't. So we left, no order and no food. Very inappropriate when we had gotten there 25 Mins before closing.

The cashier let me know that the stuffing wasnt ready yet and asked if I wanted a cookie or a drink while I waited. Food was hot and so delicious. I loved the Thanksgiving dinner sub and the Mac and cheese is to die for!
