Firehouse Subs Miralago

Will I put my order in and had to wait almost an hour but I don't blame the employees because they were overwhelmed with the app special where all the sandwiches were half price so I was at the only one waiting there were other people that actually came into order and walked back out when they had a 25-minute wait. Maybe the manager or store owner needs to be better prepared for instances like this because they lost a lot of business not having enough employees I saw people walk in and out.. at least five or six people

The food price and portions were great. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was clean and pleasant. Can't wait to bring the kids. Great selection of subs and add ons.

We requested no condiments on our sandwich, but unfortunately it came covered in mayo. We also asked for extra pickles, which were missing. One sandwich was supposed to have cold meat, but both arrived with warm meat instead. The combination of warm meat and unexpected mayo made the sandwiches soggy, and we had to discard the bread. To add to the disappointment, the mac and cheese bowl; which was quite pricey; was not filled properly and oddly had some lettuce mixed in. Overall, the meal didn’t meet expectations. Tried to call the store to make complaint, needless to say...no one answered.

The service was great! We have a child with food allergies and the woman at the counter was so helpful with answering questions and wrapping his food up to keep it safe. Our food was delicious!

Check your order folks..When I specifically asked for a certain item and she repeated it to me and I get home to find out. ..it's NOT there! Very aggravating. Then, you call and tell them about it. And they ask if I want to drive back down there to get it. Of course, I did not, I was already at home.!!! Do better firehouse
