WONT ever order from this location again!!! Ordered through UBER eats and got the COMPLETELY wrong order with my receipt attached with the correct items I should have received! Called the store and was told to ask UBER to send another driver to redeliver the right order knowing THEY don't do that. Then was told " I'll talk to the person that made the order to pay attention"! This store SUCKS. I've emailed the executive leadership at Firehouse, hopefully they reach out to me!

FH subs are always fresh, delicious and made exactly how we order. The employees are engaging and nice to talk to. Great experience every time.

They don’t respect allergies & the manager is rude & nasty when informed. Added the ingredient that we requested not be added due to an allergy. The manager was, without a doubt, the rudest person I have dealt with in years & I work with the public.

Firehouse always makes wonderful sandwiches, fresh and not just bread -- plenty of meat and other ingredients, always delicious. Service is fast even when they are super busy. Never disappoints!

Great customer service the last 2 times I have been here in the past 2 weeks. I had a problem with the app the first time and they were super at helping me figure it out and fix my mistake. The food is delicious also! Highly recommend!
