Firehouse Subs Madisonville Cook

No stars 4 inch sub very poor service they called this a 6 inch but it's only 4 inches, I'll never go there again. The food and service was so bad

I have been here 4-5 times since they opened, including their opening day (a couple months ago). I’ve always ordered on the app and my order usually contains several modifications, which they have not messed up once. The first day the wait was long but that was expected and forgiven cause I know everyone was excited to try the new place out. Every order since the food has been ready within ten minutes of the pickup time and the order has always been correct. Great tasting food and there are deals on the app! Much better meat to bread ratio than local Subway for sure.

We were there a couple of days after they opened the store. It was packed and had to wait for a little bit the food was delicious. So happy to have it this close to home!

Very crowded because it is still new. Highly recommend ordering through the app and picking up. Food was very good and fresh. Placed an order before leaving the house, waited in the parking lot a few minutes, and was in and out with food in 5 minutes.

Food was really good. Visited on 2nd day of opening therefore wait time was lengthy but that's to be expected. Employees done good, food was good & im happy we have a Firehouse
