The service was great. Fast to welcome you in and take your order. After she even brought it to my table. I got the hook and ladder salad and customized it how I wanted. The price was reasonable. Here's the but... Some of my lettuce was turning bad. You could see blackish on the tips of some of the lettuce and the stems were turning maroonish. That was a signof it going bad, so I just picked those parts out. The store was clean. All in all it was a good experience.

The wife and I saw the French dip sandwich on T.V. It looked so good, we drove to Firehouse to get it. The place was very clean, the service was good. Most of the drinks were out, the pickles were old and slimy the sauce was salty. The sandwich itself was good. We were disappointed with our visit. We probably will not eat there again. I hope your visit is better than ours.

To say this place is slow is a understatement. The girl that helped me was very polite and helpful but that's where it ended . I watched the person making my bogo sandwich and I almost fell asleep watching him . I know everywhere has gotten expensive but I got two mediums that would of cost me 20.00 I just left Publix a foot long almost same exact sandwich cost me 10.00. if this sandwich was something great I may understand the high prices. This is my second time in A firehouse and will be my last hell Jersey Mike's is 10 times faster and same price for fresh cut meat . Not meat I watched the guy squeeze the juices out before putting on the bread

Had a great experience here. We were looking for something to eat on a sunday afternoon absolutely worth the stop.

Super easy app ordering, rewards always help. Quick, personable staff, hot and fresh food, and I even got an extra pickle! Delicious.
