Firehouse Subs Junction Center South

I’ve tried… gave firehouse subs multiple chances and each time they fall short. Either a messed up order, a lack of any kind of urgency or overall not seeming to care about the workplace they represent. The food is good, but the manager or that manager’s manager needs to spend some time on training, desperately. I don’t usually write reviews, but this last experience I just had with them really pushed me over the edge. I ordered two large sandwiches, which was $38 by the way, and politely waited in the drive thru. Five minutes passed, 10 minutes passed. Cars are starting to get in line behind me. Finally someone comes to the window, hands me a paper bag with small sandwiches in the bag. I say nope this isn’t my order and I’ve been here for 15+ minutes now. He then tried to hand me two drin

Love these subs. Place has great food and nice employees. The only reason I don't give five stars is the wait time for your food. The drivethru is probably the slowest I've ever been in. At least 30 mins everytime regardless of how busy they are.

Although firehouse subs has only been open for about a year now it is still clean and has friendly staff. The food is good but a little pricey. The atmosphere is typical of any restaurant chain.

The food was good but was very small portions. For the price of the food I would expect bigger sandwiches and sides. I paid almost $40 for a medium sandwich and a medium combo. We also bought a cookie

Dawn gave such personal warm greeting and went above and beyond. I brought my one and half year old along with my mom and they spoiled my son with a pickle and rice Krispy treat. Also what child doesn't love a firehouse hat? The place was incredibly clean and even the owner Stephanie had went out of her way to greet us and ask about the service. For how much everything cost now a days I felt the cost was very justified with the great food and top notch service.
