Firehouse Subs Fort Campbell

Just attempted to eat at this firehouse on 01/09/26. I walked in and the building must have been 90 degrees inside at 100% humidity. It smelled like feet. I felt bad for the employees and don’t blame them. Myself and about 5 others decided it would be an awful experience and did not eat here today. I hope this review finds the owner, building maintainer, and shift manager.

Fun Fact: This is the Only FireHouse that has a drive-thru in my town which I LOVE! My Sub from Firehouse was so DELICIOUS. It’s the Hook and ladder with Italian Dressing! Highly recommend this location! They have Gluten Free Buns for their subs too!

I wish that the actual product looked like the pictures. This was our first time eating here. The subs were pretty decent. Maybe it was the New York Streamer or the Club on a Sub. I returned a few days later. Better New York Streamer sub this time with some added lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños. 5 stars.

Went to Firehouse Subs today And while I was eating my sandwich, there was a bug in it and so I took it out to examine it took it up to the manager and he gave me a partial refund and I’m five months pregnant and got sick and their bathroom. So safe to say not really my cup of tea anymore.

Unfortunately, when I got there, the staff didn't really seem interested in taking an order at all. The menu was vast of an assortment of sandwiches. They were having a conversation instead, so I didn't feel welcome. I don't think I'll be back.
