Firehouse Subs Englewood Gateway Center

Got 2 sandwiches, both were cold and dry - which really should not have been an issue since I ordered the French Dip...but no au jus was included in the bag...The fries were top notch though...somehow they were still warm and crispy. Which makes me think the sandwiches were done before them. Will not be returning for a long while - eating out is too expensive for such a 'meh' experience.

I went to firehouse sub tonight. I ordered a turkey with Swiss and asked Vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, sweet peppers, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The worker made the sandwich incorrectly, and put mayonnaise on both sides of the sandwich in which I’m allergic to. When I took the sandwich back she was unwilling to remake the order. She pretended like she, even though I was in there and said I would have to come back the next day to talk to the manager because she couldn’t do anything about it. She’ll finally she told me I could talk to one to hook a whole workers when I spoke with her she said they could do it but they made me wait over 20 minutes to correct the mistake that they Made when they redid the sandwich it had less meat. It had only 2 to 3 pieces of tomato instead of sweet pepper

The food is almost always mid and I'd advise against ordering online because I've only been a handful of times but I don't think I've had a single sandwich from there that was made correctly. I will say that's probably partially (keyword partially) because of their weird online ordering system (even the build your own sandwiches have a bunch of default toppings so if you want different toppings your order will have an unnecessarily long list of modifications that I'd imagine can make it easier to mess something up) but STILL. It's not that hard to read and double check an order 🙄.

My friend & I really like the Englewood Firehouse Subs Restaurant. The store is always clean and inviting to dine or carry out. The employees and management are very friendly and welcoming. The Subs are amazing! They are hot, fresh and delicious, prepared to your order and made right there with the finest ingredients. I truly enjoy going there because I know I will get a freshly made Sub. My favorite sub is the “Hero”! I order it every time I go there and it consistently tastes great, no exceptions! Their quality just can’t be beat! I highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try!

I love firehouse but usually go to the UD location. This was a big order and it was correct but they over sauced everything and I mean grotesquely over sauced it to the point that sauce was falling out the sides and so was all the sandwich insides. I couldn’t even eat it. Which sucks especially after spending almost $80- and I tried to use a 50% off email but it wouldn’t work and the store “couldn’t” honor it. I was willing to pay though for firehouse.., I just didn’t get the firehouse I’m used to getting. We’ll see if they actually follow up about the discount as promised. They never followed up about the discount to honor it as promised. I kinda think it should’ve been refunded entirely but I didn’t even ask for that. I just wanted the coupon I originally presented to be honored. I won’
