Firehouse Subs Eastman Ave

This location has very friendly staff. They welcome every customer that walks through the door stating, "welcome to Firehouse" all in sychrony. One downfall is the soda machine does not have good soda pop. It is usually odd flavors or somewhat flat fizz. Although the prices have increased significantly, the quality of food has been maintained. I ordered the Jamacian Jerk Turkey sandwich, it did not disappoint. One of my favorites! I usually don't order the meal though because it is significantly more expensive than simply buying a pop at the gas station (which tastes better than firehouse soda machine), and a bag of chips. Just for the sandwich alone, it was $9.99 plus tax. Add the meal and the price came to over $15 plus tax (sandwich, drink, chips).

Can't go wrong with a solid offering of subs, meatballs with a bit soggy but the flavor was on point

WOW! Very impressive. Very clean store with a friendly, well trained staff that greets you as you walk In the door. Small menu, but food is well prepared , fresh and hot as it is delivered to your table. Selection of hot sauces to personalize your order. Manager came to our table to check on us.(nice touch) 3medium combos came out to about $30.00, a bit high for price, but still a good value due to portion size and high quality. They also ask if you wish to round up to the next dollar with the proceeds going to supplement firefighter equipment . Very much looking forward to coming back.

Amazing quality of food. I always recommend it as a lunch option, as the salads are huge, subs are delicious, and they support the community. The hot sauce bar (WHAT!!) and fountain drinks are way above average, and make the visit special. Maybe we are extra special in Midland, but ours is always fast, clean, and accurate.
