Live Oak Coffeehouse

A bit pricey but the entire experience was amazing. Great staff and the latte and muffin was fresh a perfect!

Live Oak is such a lovely, warm, and welcoming place. I'm always curious what new art will be displayed. Lots of seating and nooks for catching up, meetings, or getting work done. Love that they're open late for evening meetings The entire staff is WONDERFUL. But I want to give a special shout out to Kivrin who remembers regulars' orders and greets everyone with a smile!

We made a stop here on a girls trip and it was so good I had to stop back in again in the morning. I think the gentleman that helped us was Ryan, he was great and incredibly patient and kind with our boisterous little group. Also, the vibes were right. Plants everywhere, tons of space indoor and out where you can be as secluded or together as you wish. If I lived nearby I would be here twice a week.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere to chat with friends or even do some work. We were visiting Midland for a niece's graduation. We visited Live Oak Twice during our stay. They have a large selection of coffees that they roast themselves. Unlike a major chain, their coffee doesn't taste like burnt beans. The coffee had a nice flavor, with a strong finish that isn't bitter. Their syrups are also made in house. For the ones we tried, they were delicious. Not sugary sweet, so you can actually decern the various flavors. There was a board with the staff's choices, one being a Cinnamon and Brown Sugar, my partner enjoyed it and it was fantastic when she let me try it. I had both the Caramel Latte and Macchiato. Stopped in here for some coffee while visiting family. Didn't have drip coffee because it was late; almost closed. They did, however, make an Americano. Great service so I came back the very next day. Had the drip coffee and it was very good. Highly recommend. Great place to meet just to hang out or to talk business. Plenty of books and games for the family or kids. Also, great artwork in the Makers Room. ❤️
