We rarely go to this Firehouse but figured we’d give it a shot today because of the free sub offer. I ordered on the app so I could make sure to get the order correct as to what we wanted on the sandwiches. They got the order wrong.
Chips were not out for customers to get. 3 employees there. Not busy but ignored me standing at the counter to ask for the chips to go with my mean even though they each looked at me at different times. 2 of the employees talked out loud about the mold and dirt under the nosel of the drink machine and laughed about it.
They're food is always delicious and everyone is super friendly but we got it to go and didn't check it so they shorted us a sub. We shared what we had and that's fine but a complete order is always nice.
Very pleased. Drink machine was my only problem. It wasn't working at the time
I love this place. Great Customer Service. Check it out, and if Tamara is there , she will greet you with a smile.
