Firehouse Subs Dillon

First time at this location. It sits in behind a gas station and sits at an angle so you have to drive in and out of a maze to get to building. Usually I want a cold sub but today I wanted a hit one. Changed my mind at last minute and it didn't disappoint. They now have an upcharge for a combo where you can get fries. It's nice having that option. They were Chris and delicious and come with Hero Sauce. Tried the Sauce bar for the first time. Labeled with numbers for spiciness. I didn't know what I wanted and the manager or owner saw me looking and came over and described a couple different ones. I tried all the ones he suggested and wasn't disappointed. They even have a carrot chipotle, don't knock it until you try it. Love their mission on how they support communities and firehouses. I

Windows time is very slow. Waited 15 mins for our food and we were the only one in line. The food was amazing 👏 . They kept forgetting items that we ordered and had to keep coming back to the window. But all in all I'm going back!!!! Maybe someone was training or something. Idc 😏 try the roast beef with the gravy sauce....omggggg 😋

First food review or comment ever. Worst fast food experience in my 45 yrs. **After ordering We were told cash only. Bathrooms dirty and unclean Floors dirty with food. Tables food on them, we cleaned them. My family of 6 was not served one item correctly. Managers of People and things know what “ok” looks like and there is no effort in that establishment. We drove an Hr to get there, I will probably not get my family to go to another FHS again, overall very poor for a normally good franchise.

Horrible service! I love Firehouse Subs and stop at one every chance I get. We waited for over 5 minutes and no one showed up at the register, not even to tell us they are busy, they weren't. There were 2 other customers waiting with us, we all left without the food. I met one customer leaving empty handed when walking in, so I am guessing 4 customers lost. The car at the drive through window was waiting for over 12 minutes, I could see the screen with service times. After we left, I stopped at the gas station. That car was still there when I was done, so probably more than 15 minutes wait at the drive through!!! No other customers!

Cashier was not very pleasant. Ordered our meal and was asked if we wanted to make one of the meals a combo with fries. Said yes, got a bottled water as the drink. Husband went to pick up sandwiches, we didn't get the fries because she didn't ring up one meal a combo. Bottled water was approx. 2.60. Got our sandwiches and it looked like they were thrown together. We were at the restaurant at around 2:20. There might have been 2 other cars there that weren't employees vehicles. Already made a note never to stop there again.
