Firehouse Subs Crossings At Hobart

Such a wonderful sub spot. Always fresh ingredients. The bread is "Chef's kiss". If you want a reliable, tasty, satisfying sub...go no further than Firehouse. So freaking good!!

This is my 1st time eating at a Firehouse Sub restaurant and I was so impressed that I just found my New Sub restaurant. The staff were all nice and friendly and the food was excellent. The store was clean and just a nice place to take a friend for a sub. Keep up the great work and I will see you next time

I come here often for lunch, and it’s usually very busy. I started ordering online so my food would be ready when I arrived. The app said my order would be ready at 12:20, but it’s now 12:45. They also tried to give me a random order that wasn’t mine, and I’m glad I checked before leaving. Another customer was complaining and asked for a refund because he said he spent his entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich. It seems like they need more staff during the lunch rush because they consistently fall at least 40 minutes behind on orders. The restaurant is always packed with customers, but they can’t keep up.

The quality here is usually pretty good but I guess the quality depends on what time of the day it is. My wife and I were there a little after 7 last night. At least 6 employees standing around talking behind the counter and 1 of them was making it sandwiches. He must have been pretty distracted by the conversation because my "sandwich" was just a glob of meat and cheese in the middle of the bread so almost half the sandwich was just bread, mayonnaise, and onions and the rest had the toppings with a lump of meat and cheese in the middle. They didn't even add the pickles we asked for. Very disappointed. From now on we're going to Jimmy John's!

I had a great experience with Jordan. He was polite and has a great smile! He didn’t hesitate to help bring my order out to my car either and I truly appreciated the hospitality! Keep the kindness flowing as you never know what “small” gestures can do to someone’s day! 😁
