Firehouse Subs

Employees were very personable/friendly-especially the gentleman who helped me. Maybe he was the manager, I'm not sure. He let me order the Hero sub without the ham and said that they would add more turkey and roast beef to make up for it. The sandwich was awesome! I was almost expecting it to not be as thick as it was - so much better than your competitors. I will definitely be back again! Thank you and God bless you all!

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The sandwiches won't knock your socks off. We had the medium New York Streamer and a medium Smoked Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The photos show a decent sized sandwich, turns out it's an optional illusion. The sandwiches were almost as thick as a regular McDonald's cheeseburger. Sandwiches shouldn't be this flat. 😭 The food tasted alright, other than being barely Luke warm. They're charging Togo's or Beach Hut prices but are nowhere near the same league. I think I'd rather have a Subway sandwich. Nice staff though.

Horrible customer service. I've been to other Firehouse Subs, and the sandwiches are decent, a little pricey like everything else these days. I was in Sacramento and decided to get a sandwich before heading the 2 hours home, ordered around 7:20p, there were a couple customers sitting at tables. The cashier was nice enough, but about 10 minutes later when my sister brought the sandwiches back to the table and opened the bag he told us "we're closed, the lobby is closed". My sister pointed out their hours were til 9, he said they were closing at 8. He could have said something when we ordered. It was raining so we ate in the car. The sandwich tasted ok, but in the time it took to get to the car my bread was so soggy on the bottom my fingers went right through. Terrible customer service, medi

Jeremy, Mio, and Alayshia were the best part of our very first visit to Firehouse Subs. We are new to town and moving and although we were late arrivals just before closing time, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating, I can't say how much they made me feel welcomed to town. Thanks for the great service smiles and wonderful welcome. They really are your A team Firehouse this crew is a great representation of how customer service should be. I really can't thank you enough for the fabulous service!! 10 star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am shocked to see a review above 1 star. This was my first time eating here and you couldn't pay me to go back. The place was filthy. I ordered a cheese steak and could not believe how gross it was, not to mention it was COLD. I mean like it just came out of a fridge. The bread was doughy white (cold) bread and the meat looked like cat food. It wasn't even a cheese steak. There were no peppers , onion, cheese. Nothing but some white stuff that might have been mayo and this "meat" that tasted awful (and cold). The condiment bar was nasty. Its a waste of time to go on...I would not recommend this place ever and I certainly won't bother giving them a second chance.
