Black Sails Coffee Lounge

Decided to try out this new coffee shop. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee. Honestly probably wont ordered that again, but I might try something else out if I come back. Their hours are limited so after work study time isn't an option. The ambiance is nice very open, calm, and with some soft music. The cashier was kind and helpful.

My new favorite local coffee shop!! I'm so thankful to have delicious craft coffee in Citrus Heights. I used to drive all the way to midtown on the weekends for a good latte and now Black Sails makes it much easier to get quality coffee close to home. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your drink, too.

So happy to see an owner run coffee shop in Citrus Heights!! Love the unique vibey space. Perfect for co-working, meetups, and there a Is plenty of space! They have big jenga, corn hole, games. I bring my kids here and they have fun too. The chai is super delish! Will be coming back…a lot!

I popped in Saturday morning around 7:30. There was a guy there, and he said hi. I told him it was my first time, and he told me what they had. I mentioned I didn't know much since I was a Starbucks person but wanted to try some good coffee. He shared some cool coffee info, which I found super interesting, and he did it without making me feel dumb or out of place, which I really appreciated. He made me a brown sugar shaken espresso, and it was really good. I didn't see any food, which I was curious about but also didn't ask about.

Everything about this place is amazing! Great coffee, nice staff, cool vibes and decor, and things to do while you hang out.
