Firehouse Subs Butler Crossing

I am always greeted when I walk in the door, the food is always flavorful & plentiful, and the staff is accommodating! One gentleman helped me carry the many orders I was picking up out to my car! It was very cold and windy that day and he did it without a second thought. Great people!

This location is the BEST! Food is evenly distributed on the sandwiches. I have yet to have a bad experience here over the three years I’ve been attending. I drive in half an hour to come here even though there’s one close to me. Amazing staff who are engaged and friendly!

Due to a new ordering system they lost my order. I asked about it at 28min in. The manager apologized and I received my order at 39min. The sandwich maker apologized which was appreciated but nothing from the manager. No refund nothing offered. I feel it was an empty apology and they wanted me to leave. I will not be returning.. thank you for responding.

I've been to several and never had i got the type of customer service like I did today I'm still sitting in the store talking to the employees. AMAZING ATMOSPHERE AMAZING STAFF. I'm looking forward to coming back and visit the store again. Thank you for providing such amazing service food and amazing staff
