Firehouse Subs Blankenbaker Pkwy

Highly disappointed. I ordered the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. There was more cheddar than meat. The meat was sliced so thin, it was ridiculous. Should have been called a bread sandwich, because that's mostly what you get. What saved this sandwich, as far as taste, was the mayo and BBQ sauce, never had it together. To make things worse, when my name was called, the guy handed me my sandwich in it's container. I asked him if I could have a bag, like everybody else🤦🏽‍♂️

Good tasting sandwiches with the usual Firehouse offerings PLUS fries! My dining partner really liked the fries & would order them again while I thought they were just OK. Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean & nicely lighted store. Easy access into the parking lot from Blankenbaker Parkway with plenty of open spaces.

Staff were friendly and helpful, ingredients were fresh, plenty of meat and toppings for the price. I was craving a meaty sandwich and they did not disappoint!

I ordered a gluten-free sandwich, and the staff were very attentive and careful about my dietary needs. They took the time to make sure everything was prepared properly and avoided cross-contamination. Most importantly, I didn’t have any issues after eating, which says a lot. The sandwich was delicious, and the service made me feel confident and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back!
