Firehouse Subs 985 Forsyth

Firehouse is finally open. The staff is friendly, the service is great. My sub was made correctly and hot.

I ordered ONE TUNA FISH SANDWICH took me 40 minutes to get it. 10 people behind the counter. THEY NEED TRAINING BAD.

Update 3/10/26: This place is fresh and new. Just opened. Don't be like Victor in this review thread, who doesn't have patience and and is ignorant to these folks, they literally just opened. As with any new opening, its going to be rough. Be patient folks, let's not run off these employees by being jerks. Its new to the area and everyone is going to be there trying it. I have yet to try it. Will update review then. Looking forward to it! When is this place going to open?! Ughh

This was my first visit to this particular Firehouse and probably my last. I go to firehouse a couple times a week and I always order the exact same thing: large Club on wheat fully involved with sweet tea and Miss Vicky's jalapeno chips. They were out of the jalapeno chips and out of sweet tea. The sandwich was cold and dry. The meat was not hot and steamed and it was very dry with no mayonnaise or Dijon or onion. Not a good experience for $19.10. Definitely not the firehouse standard I'm used to. Hopefully they will get it together
