Firehouse Grill

Just passing though but we love our Pa diners and are always looking for a fix. Firehouse Grill did not disappoint! A good breakfast at a fair price. Very friendly owner and staff. Great atmosphere. Comfortable. I'm thinking we'll drive 50 mins to come back someday!

Meeting a local for breakfast, what a wonderful surprise. The diner is compact, crowded, and 100% enjoyable. The breakfast portions were huge, 1980s pricing, the food runners and service staff treated us like family. I forgot her name but the blonde lady who checked us out at the cash register was so warm and friendly I felt like she is my long lost sister. This place gets crowded it can be a short wait until you get seated, but it's well worth it. Homestyle dining, affordable pricing, like being at Grandma's place. Recommend! Oh and before I forget, the paid street parking is the best bargain in South Central Pennsylvania, 1 hour of parking, for .25. WOW! Thank you Firehouse, we will be back!

Found this little gem by chance, and was pleasantly surprised! First impression was it was very clean for a diner. I was impressed with the quick greeting I received and the woman was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The cream of crab soup was delicious. I also had a grilled cheese, while it is a simple sandwich it was grilled to perfection. You can tell they are happy with what they do. Definitely recommend!

Best diner in and around town. Absolutely our favorite! Best scrapple and chip beef I’ve had. Service is great, friendly and accurate. Worth the drive from Hanover to beat them other diners. Definitely get a bang for your buck.

The four of us stopped here on our way to Boston for breakfast andthe service was excellent! Our waitresses, Vicky and Sarah, a mother, daughter duo were so friendly and really complimented our experience.The food was over the top delicious. My wife loved the fact that she could order a la cart With just the proper amount of food for her, so there was no wastage. The servings were very generous and everybody enjoyed everything to the last drop. I forgot to mention one of the employees rescue a hummingbird that got caught in the awning. That made our morning!
