Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

A few hiccups between the cook and server, but everything was amazing!!! The restaurant was really nice my first time there and the food was amazing!! Let me add the dessert was bacon amazing as well. I choose the 3 course meal only $49

Really wanted this to be a great place and we will go back to give it another shot. Service out server was awesome. When we had a couple issues she was quick take care of us. Atmosphere, indoor was pretty chilly but nice. Patio, when the sun started to go down, we got attacked by flies and they had no fans or anything to help avoid that. Food, in general, the food was good. However. The tomahawk pork chop and aged steak, both were extremely dry and overcooked. Our server did offer send it back and redo/replace them however, everybody knows what happens when you send food back. We opted to use A1 sauce to get through it. I mean, none of the states of the three that we had came out seasoned at all.

Allison was amazing! This is not our 1st time but our most memorable. Thank you for the beautiful treatment towards veterans. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Food was delicious, fresh, made to order.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Firebird Woodfire Grill in Village Market Place, Morrisville, during a special daddy-daughter date night. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere provided exactly the relaxing ambiance we were hoping for. What truly elevated our evening was our server, CT. He's easily one of the best servers I've encountered at any restaurant. From the moment we sat down, CT demonstrated the kind of attentiveness that's rare to find - he anticipated our needs without being intrusive, made excellent recommendations that were spot-on for our tastes, and ensured our drinks were never empty. What set CT apart was his warm, inviting presence. He didn't just take our order and deliver food; he enhanced the entire experience with his genuine hospitality and engaging

Our visit here was our first time at a Firebirds, and we were very pleased. We got the ranch rings (onion rings) to start. They were very good - see attached picture to see what style they are. We each got the roasted garlic sirloin as our entrees with mashed potatoes as the side. Both steaks were cooked to our desired doneness and were delicious. They had a great seasoning and crust and seemed to be a high quality piece of meat. The mashed potatoes were awesome too - a big serving well seasoned and perfectly buttery. Our server was great too.
