FIRE Roasted Chicken & Grill

I figured I would try a new place for a change. I ordered a full rack of ribs family meal and an extra side for the Superbowl for my wife and daughter. The food was excellent. The ribs were top shelf with a nice smoky flavor. The creamed spinach was great. The sweet potatoes were fantastic with a brown sugar taste but not too sweet and I don't know what kind of cheese they used for the macaroni and cheese but wow. It tasted like Aasiago. Very rich and creamy. Do yourself a favor and try these guys out. You won't be disappointed.

The food here is excellent! Every time I go the food is great! Fresh! I usually go during lunch time and get the rotisserie chicken with sides. The chicken is delicious! And all the sides are so good. It’s always a tough decision for me so I usually order a lot of the sides. The garlic green beans are my favorite item, however I always make sure I get Mac n cheese, sweet potato mash, baked beans and my favorite garlic green beans. I hear the broccoli is delicious as well.. because every time I go I can’t get any lol all out. But yes this place is good. I always take to go and we eat it for dinner. Reheats well and is just as delicious as when it’s done in.

FIRE is a decent place to get standard American fare for a good price. The food is either delicious or average, and the meat options are quite good. We dined in for lunch and tried the 1/4 chicken dark with cucumber salad and garlic parsley potatoes, the waffle fries, and the 6 ribs with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Waffle fries are fine, but the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese are nothing more than mediocre and bland. The chicken was good, and the ribs are flavorful but fatty. (My dining partner liked this about them, though.) Corn bread was fantastic, and the cucumber salad and garlic parsley potatoes are both fantastic sides - I’d highly recommend them. The place is great for a bite for very good prices. Menu has quite the variety, so it’s worth stopping by if you’re close.

Was one of my favorite places to go for years. Last two times I’ve went the portions have been much smaller, the sides have been dry and the prices have gone up. Very upsetting.

Was told 5 minutes wait 30 minutes later no food. To find out it was cold and they lost it. No apologies. The woman working there (candy?) has the worst customer service i have ever seen. Food was also incorrect. They would not fix it.
