The portions are indeed generous. Got the picanha and potato salad side. Picanha was all well done and not the best cut. Potato salad could have used some more spice. It’s hard to compare Brazilian food because it seems there’s really just this grab and go style and high end BBBQ like chima’s/fogo.

Fire Pit was one of the most surprising food trucks I had recently! As soon as I smelled that tasty aroma, I knew that I was in for something special! My steak bowl was extremely juicy and tender with powerful flavor that made every bite a delight, especially thanks to its generous portion size! The rice and potato salad were also enjoyable thanks to their satisfying texture that amplified the taste and complemented the meal well. I felt that everything came together perfectly and allowed for a strong dish! I would highly recommend it and come back again!

I finally found the best BBQ place in the Rockville Maryland area. The Fire Pit Brazilian Barbecue Food Truck is definitely a place to check it out if you love BBQ. Every food here is amazing and worth the drive. Staffs here are friendly and they give great recommendations. The Beef Ribs are awesome and it’s full of flavors. It’s so soft, moist, juicy and delicious. It been a very very long time for me, since I have a great ribs like this. If you love ribs this place is a ribs heaven for you. The two sides I choose are the potato salad and vinaigrette salad. It’s soooo good. It fits so well with the ribs. Great two sides!!! If you like sandwiches, try the Beef Ribs on the bun. It’s stacked with the beef ribs, fresh arugula, diced tomatoes, red onion, and a drizzle of creamy herbed sauce.

This is meat done really well. Seasoned and steadily cooked over a fire. I tried the picanha bowl since it was my first time and it was a nice sampling of everything. The potato salad was very creamy. The vinegarette salad had cucumbers that were very bitter but overall, a good experience.

The picanha was hot, juicy, tender and well seasoned. What more can one ask for? There was a little wait while they grilled the meat but it was worth it. I picked the potato salad and farofa as sides, they were quite good, though it's my first time to try the farofa.
