Fire on the Bayou Orange City

Stopped here today for a late lunch and man, why haven’t I ate here sooner! I had the gator bites and fried shrimp with cheese grits. Everything was hot and fresh and super tasty. The sauce with the gator bites is to die for. Loved the ambiance plus my server was very attentive and sweet. Would highly recommend.

Been here multiple times now and each time has been excellent! Their jambalaya and seafood platters have perfect seasoning and spices. I’ve tried multiple dishes and each one was perfect. Even some family of mine from New Orleans loved it. Service has also been great every time. Definitely recommend!

What a fun restaurant! Just happened in for lunch and left so satisfied. Authentic New Orleans cuisine! The service was quick, the servers were friendly and always checking in on us. We highly recommend this spot, we only wish we lived closer because I would love to come back and try more menu items. Pictured are the fried green tomatoes and shrimp/grits !!

Me and my sister went for the first time yesterday, it was pretty good! We got the gator bites and Jilly buckets. We were hungry so we started eating before we remembered to take pictures of it lol. Both were great. They both came out less than 15 mins from when we sat down, it was surprisingly quick. We also got the beignets. Our server told us they had special ones with icing and sprinkles, so of course we got those. It was SUPER yummy… I did have to wave someone down to ask for a refill because I was dying from the spice(not really), but thats about it. We still got decent service. Nice ladies! Went here with my adopted mom before a ball game. Spontaneous visit & MADISON was absolutely phenomenal! Service was amazing food was so flavorful! We had 2 apps (big yummy gator bites & fried green tomatoes) & 2 tacos each. Literally had to take a portion of each dish home because of how BIG the portion sizes were. Love the fact that you can mix & match the tacos even if you just get 2. Tacos were huge I had to tap out & take to go. ***SN I'm from New Orleans and I've only been here once before. Sat by the bar and the last time & love all the decor. So many small details that'll keep you busy as conversation topics. Love the art. This time sat behind the alligator statue when you 1st walk in. Give this local gem a try.
