Filiberto's Mexican Food

This is our usual stop for breakfast on the way to Vegas or Laughlin. Typically order the potato and egg breakfast burrito along with a bean burrito. Fairly large burritos and nice assortment of salsas, lemons, cucumber and radish for seasoning. Folks at counter have always been friendly, dining area clean and next door there's a convenience store in case you need anything else along with gas. Prices have gone up like everywhere but worth it for a fast pit stop.

Excellent food, super delicious. We always order the Carne Asada Bowl. For us it's a must stop on our way home from Phoenix to Las Vegas. Service is great, very nice people. The restaurant is attached to a Shell gas station, so that's not so nice, but plenty or parking. It feels like you're in Mexico, so that's a good thing :) They also have a drive-thru if you want to eat your food in the car or bring it home, etc. I highly recommend it!

When I last ate at Filiberto’s Mexican Food I had a satisfying experience. The food was made fresh and served hot, with generous portions that easily fill you up. The carne asada was flavorful, the tortillas were soft, and everything tasted well-seasoned. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Filiberto’s is a great option when you’re craving quick, hearty Mexican food with consistent quality and bold flavors.

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with added potatoes, and it came out to over $13. While there was plenty of bacon (which I appreciate), it felt like the burrito only had one, maybe two eggs in it. There was hardly any cheese, potatoes, or other ingredients to balance things out, so the bacon became overpowering. The staff was friendly—I went through the drive-through—but honestly, the burrito just wasn’t worth the price. Kind of a letdown.

I really hate to do this but it was shocking the size of burrito I get at this location versus others. Skinny as a cola bottle. I travel all over the state for work and when I brought it up they remade the burrito but to my embarrassment it was even smaller here is a picture of it next to my cigar cutter. I'm hungry so I'm going to eat but next time I will not stop at this location. I'm not a picky guy I enjoy the convenience of eating food prepared by someone else but there has to be standards at some point. Tasted great though!!
