Wissota Chophouse - Wickenburg

It was pretty busy, still not nearly as busy as all the other restaurants because of frontier days. The food was great, but they didn't bring bread for dinner like last time, when I remembered after a while after ordering it took 20 minutes and was served just after our food. After we finished we ordered the tiramisu and they forgot about it for 30 minutes. As we were leaving we saw a fire outside the kitchen door that started from a hot oven pan that was thrown out because something cought on fire in the kitchen. It was right besides a bunch of cardboard but we put it out by stomping on it before it got big. Anyway the food and view is very good. Although I wished the stuffed quail came with mashed potatoes because it's pretty light by itself.

Lucy Rose rocked the service this evening. Cool vibes great sunset simple yet a full experience in dining. No need to get fancy come as you are kick your heels up. Awesome dirty martinis. And espresso martini to finish the night off. Couldn’t ask for a better Arizona evening.

Excellent food and service! We stayed for a few days at the Cobblestone and ate here twice. Both times were exceptional.

Went to dinner with my wife on 2/12/26. We had a 7PM reservation and arrived just before 7. Even though the restaurant was 3/4 empty, we had to wait a bit to be seated. From that point on the server was good. We ordered a bottle of wine. My wife ordered a filet, and I ordered a NY sirloin. We ordered asparagus as a side. After about 10 minutes a bread board was delivered. 5 or ten minutes later a gentleman (not our server) brought the wine. I could not see the label. He poured it. At that point I could see the label, and it was not the wine we ordered. It was slightly more expensive. to change it out. Staff is well-trained & they take pride in providing top notch service. Experience was fabulous from our hostess, to our bartender, to our server; all friendly & smiling. Food and beverage recommendations & commentary were on point. Lamb chops & pork porterhouse were both delicious. Parmesan crusted Brussel sprouts & mushroom risotto were both excellent. Do Not say no to dessert; the carrot cake with candied walnuts was best ever!
