The drinks were very watery, and the service could definitely be improved. I ordered a boba tea with no ice, but it was served with a lot of ice. When I brought this to the server’s attention, she did not seem apologetic at all. She took the drink, tore off the sealed lid, scooped out the ice with a spoon, filled the cup with water, and then put on a plastic lid. This response felt careless and unprofessional, and it wasn’t the attitude or service I expected.

Divine! Taro milk tea is so good, match ube fantastic, above average ingredients, fresh milk and tangy fruit juices, that grape mixer, wild! It should be five, no, ten stars! Let's check out the big picture here, the rewards program does not work! Why is that? Well street parking is not free during the week up til 7, new trashy city ordinance pushing up costs for zero reasons while this side of campus has low traffic at all, why is that? WIFI is limited to one hour, why make an essential shop service tricky? For the prices here, there shouldn't be any hoops to jump through or around, and yes, it is extremely expensive. The Halloween specialty drink was eight bucks and tiny. A big deal about a limited item that is really small? Did not taste that great, oreo, Thai tea, and ube? Beautiful lo

It was great! We loved the drinks we ordered here. I ordered a Dirty Boba Milk Tea and it tasted great, the best in the US! My friends I came along with ordered the Mango Fantasy and the Milk Foam Tea. They loved it! The staff working at Feng Cha were very friendly and nice. The service was amazing, I got my drinks in 3 minutes. The overall atmosphere looked very nice. They also had games in the shelves, which we played while we drank our drinks. Everything on the menu is vegetarian, they have lactaid milk for people that have lactose intolerance. Theres also gluten free drinks, a lot of free parking space in the back, the games are kid friendly, and since there’s no stairs, Feng Cha is wheelchair accessible. I’m really looking forward to going back!

Best boba on campus. boba not too sweet. I got the 100% sweetness, and it was not too sweet at all, so I wouldn’t recommend getting 75% sweetness. free wifi and tables for studying.
