Kayiena made our work lunch really special. She was warm and gracious without being overbearing, and her recommendations were genuinely great. This is a review for the Boilerhouse Prime (same owners as bisto). Highly enjoyable experience. Service was fantastic, our server was Jozlynn was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was wonderful. We came to celebrate a birthday and left highly satisfied and will return.

Jozlynn was a fantastic server with excellent recommendations for entrees and pairings, and she has great balance between checking on your experience and allowing you to enjoy your meal at your own pace. I also have a food allergy and felt very cared for. I loved everything I had, but the chocolate bread pudding with ice cream was a fantastic end to my dining experience there.
